Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m a label compliance expert, food scientist, and founder who’s been where you are.
I help small food and supplement brands navigate regulations without the confusion, delays, or expensive mistakes.

After 15+ years as a regulatory expert and R&D scientist, I left corporate life to build my own food brand. And that’s when it clicked. Every founder I met was getting stuck in the gray areas of compliance. Confusing rules, missed details, and half-right advice were costing them time, money, and trust.

So I started something different.
